As someone who absolutely loves sound—the way a song can give you goosebumps, the warmth in a friend's voice, all those little sounds that make life rich—I know how much hearing matters.
My path into ear care is actually a family thing. Growing up, I watched my mum work as an industrial nurse, carefully irrigating the ears of factory workers so they could hear properly again. Now I get to serve that same Black Country community where I grew up, carrying on what she started.
