1. Service Agreement

By booking our earwax removal services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided by qualified, insured professionals across the Black Country region.

2. Service Provision

• • Services are provided at your home, care facility, or workplace
• • All treatments use safe, modern equipment and techniques
• • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if contraindications are present
• • Referrals to GPs or audiologists may be recommended when appropriate

3. Pricing and Payment

• • Consultation: £25 (only charged if no wax issues found)
• • One ear treatment: £40
• • Both ears treatment: £60
• • Payment is due upon completion of service
• • We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
• • No additional travel charges within our service areas

4. Appointments and Cancellations

• • Same-day appointments subject to availability
• • Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible
• • We may need to reschedule due to emergency or illness
• • Preparation with olive oil drops is required 5-7 days before treatment

5. Health and Safety

• • All practitioners are fully insured and qualified
• • We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
• • Equipment is properly sterilized between appointments
• • We conduct thorough health checks before treatment

6. Limitations and Liability

While we provide professional earwax removal services with the highest standards of care:

• • We are not liable for pre-existing ear conditions
• • Our insurance covers professional liability as required by law
• • Serious complications are rare but will be handled appropriately
